OC TIME

Some OC art, since I've been on a terrible art-block-thingy.
O-O Anyways, this is a new character I created. Let me fill you with knowledge about her.

She was originally suppose to be a Hetalia OC for the Vatican City! But since the creator of Hetalia has a personality set for Vatican City, but hasn't made any sketches or appearances for him. ( Apparently..He's going to be an old man ; A ; ) ....I just decided to keep her as a regular OC!

She needs a cute Italian name~
